  1. You must be OVER 18 years old to interact with our website, enter our store, or inquire about our products.
  2. Place and pay for your order online. Payments will be accepted using credit or debit cards.
  3. Receive your confirmed order number and the pick-up location address
  4. Your order will be available in 2 hours or sooner; you should receive an SMS message when your order is ready.
  5. At the checkout counter in the store, tell the cashier that you are picking up an order and your name.
  6. We are a “BUY ONLINE – PICK-UP IN STORE” service. If you must have the package brought to your car (because you have children with you, etc.), you must call us after placing the order to discuss it and you must park in front of our doors. We will do our best to work with you.
  7. Orders unclaimed after 72 hours will be cancelled.
